The return window is 30 days from the delivery date. This policy applies equally to defects, damage, wrong items, or simple changes of mind.
Return conditions
- Damaged or defective items: We will arrange a replacement or refund the full purchase price including original shipping costs; please include clear photos with your inquiry.
- Incorrect delivery: The correct product will be dispatched to you immediately, while we arrange pickup of the incorrect item at our expense.
- In case of dissatisfaction: The goods must remain unused, in their undamaged original packaging, and with all seals and labels attached; return shipping costs are your responsibility, and initial delivery fees are non-refundable.
- For health protection reasons, opened care and ear products cannot be resold and are excluded from return, provided there is no manufacturing defect.
Return procedure
- Please contact us within 30 days of receipt at [email protected] or by phone at +49 821 75781035, stating your order number, your inquiry, and including photos of any damage if applicable.
- Our customer service team will provide you with a reference number and the return address within one business day.
- Pack the device in its original packaging, enclose a note with the reference number, and seal the parcel securely.
- Dispatch the parcel to the specified address and provide us with the tracking code electronically. Retain the proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
Refunds and processing time
Upon receipt, we inspect the goods within 3 business days and notify you in writing once the refund is approved. The reimbursement is issued via the original payment method: in the case of cash on delivery, by bank transfer to your specified bank account; in the case of a prior bank transfer, to that same account. Financial institutions generally require 1-5 business days to complete this.
Exchanges and cancellations
If you prefer a different model, please initiate a standard return and place a new order; we will process the refund for the original shipment promptly upon receipt.
